Electronic Notice of Appearance

The Assignment Office is now emailing court hearing notices to the attorney of record on a case. The attorney of record must be sure to include their email address on all pleadings filed, in order to receive the electronic notice of hearings scheduled on the court’s docket. This is not only a time and cost savings procedure for the court, but will also provide timely notice to the attorney of their client’s hearing.
